Hi! I am Anna—a Burlington-based professional with a 5-year track record as a creative director and an 18-year track record of excellence in high-volume service and retail environments.
My career is defined by loyalty and reliability. While I am known for my creative work at Happiness of Anna, my professional foundation is built on nearly two decades of dedication to my community. Whether I am managing a busy front-end environment, handling complex transactions, or designing a custom project, my goal is always to provide a seamless, stress-free experience for every customer.
My journey as a creative entrepreneur and a long-term service professional has taught me that success is built on the details. I pride myself on:
