Our Creative Process
At Studio Happiness Of Anna, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality service from start to finish. We will guide you through the entire process, from your first inquiry to the delivery of your brand, illustration, or stationery files. We will work closely with you as your creative partner, ensuring a seamless workflow and clear communication. We prioritize the research phase to truly understand your story and connect with you on a deeper level.
Discovery
We begin by sending our clients a welcome packet in PDF format that summarizes our studio's history, capabilities, work, pricing list, and more. Next, we send a project questionnaire for deliberation to determine if we are a good fit. If everything is agreeable, we proceed with contract signing and invoicing, typically within 24-36 hours. After signing the contract and completing the first deposit, we provide our project communication/visual board link for tracking tasks and feedback.
Create
After completing the discovery stage, we conduct an audit to understand your project goals, unique style, messaging, and positioning. We then implement these elements into the visual identities, print, and web design. Once we finalize everything, we will present a mockup concept to you via a PDF file.
Launch Day
Congratulations! Today marks the launch of your project and it calls for a celebration. We want to show our support by featuring your success on our social media feed and stories, as we are all in this together as a team. We also want to remind you that we are here to provide ongoing support even after the success of your project. Our commitment to you extends to offering assistance with graphic design, print, web, and packaging needs at every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
